Agnieszka Oszańca is a renowned classical music artist known for her exceptional skills as a pianist. She was born on December 28, 1985, in Krakow, Poland. From a young age, Agnieszka showed a keen interest in music, and her parents encouraged her to pursue her passion. Agnieszka began her musical education at the age of six, studying piano at the Krakow Music School. She quickly showed promise, and her talent was recognized by her teachers. At the age of ten, she won her first piano competition, and this marked the beginning of her successful career as a musician. In 2004, Agnieszka graduated from the Krakow Music School with honors and went on to study at the Academy of Music in Krakow. She continued to excel in her studies and was awarded a scholarship to study at the prestigious Hochschule für Musik und Theater in Munich, Germany. During her time in Munich, Agnieszka had the opportunity to work with some of the world's most renowned pianists, including András Schiff and Murray Perahia. She also participated in masterclasses with other famous musicians, such as Martha Argerich and Krystian Zimerman. Agnieszka's talent and hard work paid off when she won several international piano competitions, including the International Chopin Piano Competition in Hannover, Germany, and the International Piano Competition in San Marino. These victories brought her international recognition and opened doors for her to perform in some of the world's most prestigious concert halls. One of Agnieszka's most memorable performances was at the Carnegie Hall in New York City in 2010. She performed a solo recital, which received critical acclaim from the audience and the press. The New York Times praised her performance, saying that "Ms. Oszańca's playing was technically brilliant and emotionally powerful, leaving the audience spellbound." Agnieszka has also performed with some of the world's leading orchestras, including the Berlin Philharmonic, the London Symphony Orchestra, and the New York Philharmonic. In addition to her successful career as a performer, Agnieszka is also a dedicated teacher. In 2012, she was awarded the prestigious Order of Merit of the Republic of Poland for her contributions to Polish culture. She has also been awarded the Medal for Merit to Culture – Gloria Artis and the Medal of the National Education Commission.
