Henri-Charles Caget was a French classical music artist who was born on January 9, 1906, in Paris, France. He was the son of a music teacher and grew up in a family that was passionate about music. From a young age, Caget showed a natural talent for music and began studying the piano at the age of six. Caget's musical education began at the Paris Conservatory, where he studied under the tutelage of some of the most renowned musicians of the time. He was a gifted student and quickly rose through the ranks, winning several awards and accolades for his performances. In 1924, he won the first prize in piano performance at the Conservatory, which was a significant achievement for a young musician. After completing his studies at the Conservatory, Caget began his professional career as a concert pianist.
