Svetla Vassileva is a Bulgarian-born classical music artist who has made a name for herself as a soprano singer. She was born on May 22, 1970, in the city of Plovdiv, Bulgaria. Her parents were both musicians, and they encouraged her to pursue a career in music from a young age. Vassileva began her musical training at the age of six, studying piano and voice at the National School of Music in Plovdiv. She continued her studies at the State Academy of Music in Sofia, where she earned a degree in vocal performance.
