She went on to study at the Conservatorio Superior de Música de Vigo and later at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater in Hannover, Germany. Amy Williams was born in the United States and began studying piano at the age of five. She went on to study at the Eastman School of Music and later at the University of Southern California. The duo first met while studying at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater in Hannover. They quickly discovered a shared passion for contemporary classical music and began performing together as the Bugallo-Williams Piano Duo. The duo's performances are known for their innovative programming and unique interpretations of classical music. They have performed at major venues around the world, including Carnegie Hall, the Berlin Philharmonic, and the Sydney Opera House.
