He studied under the guidance of renowned pianist and composer, Carlo Maria Giulini, who recognized his talent and encouraged him to pursue a career in music. Turio's dedication and hard work paid off when he graduated with honors from the Conservatory at the age of eighteen. After completing his studies, Turio began performing in various concerts and recitals across Italy. His exceptional talent and skill as a pianist soon caught the attention of music critics and audiences alike. He was praised for his technical proficiency, musicality, and emotional depth in his performances. Turio's breakthrough performance came in 1996 when he won the prestigious International Piano Competition in Warsaw, Poland.
