Martina Filjak is a Croatian classical pianist who has gained international recognition for her exceptional talent and artistry. Born on October 1, 1978, in Zagreb, Croatia, Martina showed an early interest in music and began playing the piano at the age of five. Her parents recognized her talent and enrolled her in the Zagreb Music Academy, where she studied under the guidance of Professor Vladimir Krpan. Martina's talent was evident from an early age, and she quickly gained recognition for her exceptional skills. She won her first competition at the age of seven and went on to win numerous awards and accolades throughout her career. In 1998, she won the prestigious Busoni International Piano Competition in Italy, which marked a turning point in her career. Martina's talent and dedication to her craft have led her to perform in some of the world's most prestigious concert halls. She has performed with leading orchestras, including the London Philharmonic Orchestra, the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, the Munich Philharmonic Orchestra, and the Tokyo Symphony Orchestra. One of Martina's most notable performances was at the 2009 Cleveland International Piano Competition, where she won first prize.
