Ksenja Lukic is a Serbian classical pianist who has gained international recognition for her virtuosic performances and musical interpretations. Born on May 5, 1989, in Belgrade, Serbia, Ksenja showed an early interest in music and began playing the piano at the age of six. Her parents, both music lovers, recognized her talent and encouraged her to pursue a career in music. Ksenja's early musical education was under the guidance of her mother, who was a piano teacher. She later studied at the Music School "Mokranjac" in Belgrade, where she received a solid foundation in classical piano technique and repertoire. Ksenja's talent was evident from an early age, and she won numerous awards and competitions throughout her youth. In 2007, Ksenja was accepted into the prestigious Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory, where she studied under the guidance of renowned pianist and pedagogue, Professor Sergei Dorensky. During her time at the conservatory, Ksenja honed her skills and developed her unique musical voice. She also had the opportunity to perform in some of the most prestigious concert halls in Russia, including the Great Hall of the Moscow Conservatory and the Tchaikovsky Concert Hall. After completing her studies in Moscow, Ksenja continued her musical education at the Hochschule für Musik und Tanz Köln in Germany, where she studied with Professor Pavel Gililov. During her time in Germany, Ksenja further refined her technique and expanded her repertoire, performing in numerous concerts and festivals throughout Europe. Ksenja's career as a professional pianist began to take off in 2012 when she won first prize at the International Piano Competition "Città di Cantù" in Italy. This victory brought her international recognition and led to numerous invitations to perform in concerts and festivals around the world. Since then, Ksenja has performed in some of the most prestigious concert halls in Europe, Asia, and the United States, including the Carnegie Hall in New York, the Berlin Philharmonic, and the Royal Albert Hall in London. Ksenja's repertoire is vast and includes works by some of the greatest composers in classical music history, including Bach, Beethoven, Chopin, Liszt, and Rachmaninoff. She is known for her passionate and expressive interpretations, which have earned her critical acclaim and a devoted following of fans. In addition to her solo performances, Ksenja is also an accomplished chamber musician and has collaborated with some of the world's leading musicians, including violinist Maxim Vengerov and cellist Mischa Maisky.
