Thomas Viloteau is a French classical guitarist who has gained international recognition for his virtuosic performances and innovative interpretations of classical guitar repertoire. Born in 1986 in Aix-en-Provence, France, Viloteau began playing the guitar at the age of six and quickly showed a natural talent for the instrument. He studied with renowned guitarists such as Roland Dyens and Judicael Perroy, and later attended the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris, where he earned a degree in guitar performance. Viloteau's career as a professional musician began in earnest in 2006, when he won first prize at the Guitar Foundation of America International Concert Artist Competition. This prestigious award helped to launch his career and led to numerous performance opportunities in the United States and abroad. In 2008, Viloteau released his debut album, "Alma", which featured works by composers such as Isaac Albéniz, Manuel de Falla, and Joaquín Rodrigo.
