Sofia Fomina is a Russian-born soprano who has established herself as one of the most exciting and versatile singers of her generation. Born in Moscow in 1984, Fomina showed an early interest in music and began studying piano at the age of six. However, it was not until she was a teenager that she discovered her true passion for singing. Fomina's vocal talent was quickly recognized, and she was accepted into the prestigious Gnessin State Musical College in Moscow.
