Carlotta Colombo was born on May 12, 1985, in Milan, Italy. She grew up in a family of musicians, with her father being a pianist and her mother a singer. From a young age, Carlotta showed a natural talent for music and began studying the piano at the age of five. As she grew older, Carlotta's passion for music only intensified. She began taking voice lessons and soon discovered that she had a remarkable singing voice. She continued to study both piano and voice throughout her childhood and teenage years, and by the time she was in her early twenties, she had become a highly skilled and accomplished musician. In 2007, Carlotta made her professional debut as a classical singer, performing in a production of Mozart's "The Marriage of Figaro" at the Teatro alla Scala in Milan. Her performance was met with critical acclaim, and she quickly became known as one of the most promising young singers in Italy. Over the next few years, Carlotta continued to perform in a variety of productions, both in Italy and abroad. She sang in operas, concerts, and recitals, and her performances were always met with enthusiastic applause. In 2010, she won the prestigious International Opera Competition in Vienna, Austria, cementing her status as one of the most talented young singers in the world.
