His father was a renowned cellist, and his mother was a pianist. From a young age, Peter was exposed to classical music and began playing the piano at the age of four. Peter's parents recognized his talent and enrolled him in the Vienna Conservatory of Music when he was six years old. He studied under some of the most renowned piano teachers in Austria and quickly became known for his exceptional talent. By the time he was 12 years old, Peter had won several local and national piano competitions. At the age of 16, Peter was accepted into the prestigious Juilliard School in New York City. He moved to the United States and began studying under the renowned pianist, Yoheved Kaplinsky. During his time at Juilliard, Peter continued to win numerous awards and competitions, including the prestigious Van Cliburn International Piano Competition. After graduating from Juilliard, Peter began performing in some of the most prestigious concert halls around the world. He made his debut at Carnegie Hall in 2007 and received critical acclaim for his performance. He also performed at the Berlin Philharmonic, the Royal Albert Hall in London, and the Sydney Opera House. In addition to his solo performances, Peter has also collaborated with some of the most renowned orchestras in the world. He has performed with the New York Philharmonic, the Berlin Philharmonic, and the London Symphony Orchestra, among others. Peter has also recorded several albums throughout his career. His debut album, released in 2009, featured works by Beethoven, Chopin, and Liszt. The album received critical acclaim and was nominated for a Grammy Award. Throughout his career, Peter has received numerous awards and honors. In 2010, he was awarded the prestigious Avery Fisher Career Grant, which recognizes outstanding young musicians. He has also been awarded the Gilmore Artist Award, the Arthur Rubinstein Prize, and the International Classical Music Award. Despite his success, Peter remains humble and dedicated to his craft. He continues to practice for several hours a day and is always looking for ways to improve his technique and interpretation of classical music. In addition to his music career, Peter is also a dedicated philanthropist. He has established a foundation that provides music education to underprivileged children around the world.
