Misha Dacic is a renowned classical pianist known for his virtuosic performances and deep musical interpretations. Born in Belgrade, Serbia in 1978, Dacic showed an early aptitude for music and began studying piano at the age of six. He quickly demonstrated a natural talent for the instrument, and by the age of ten, he had won his first national competition. Dacic continued to excel in his studies, and in 1993, he was awarded a scholarship to attend the prestigious Moscow Conservatory, where he studied under the tutelage of renowned pianist and pedagogue Lev Naumov. During his time in Moscow, Dacic honed his skills and developed a deep understanding of the Russian piano tradition, which would later become a hallmark of his playing. After completing his studies in Moscow, Dacic continued to perform and compete internationally, winning numerous awards and accolades along the way. In 2000, he was awarded first prize at the International Piano Competition in Rome, and in 2003, he won the prestigious Cleveland International Piano Competition, cementing his reputation as one of the most talented pianists of his generation.
