Natalia Gous is a renowned classical music artist who has made a significant impact in the world of music. Born on 12th December 1985 in Moscow, Russia, Natalia showed an early interest in music and began playing the piano at the age of five. Her parents, who were both musicians, recognized her talent and encouraged her to pursue a career in music. Natalia's musical journey began at the Moscow State Conservatory, where she studied under the guidance of renowned pianist and professor, Alexander Mndoyants. She completed her Bachelor's degree in Piano Performance with honors in 2007 and went on to pursue her Master's degree in Piano Performance, which she completed in 2009. During her time at the Moscow State Conservatory, Natalia participated in several competitions and won numerous awards. In 2005, she won the Grand Prix at the International Piano Competition in Memory of Vladimir Horowitz, held in Kiev, Ukraine. She also won the First Prize at the International Piano Competition in Memory of Emil Gilels, held in Odessa, Ukraine, in 2006. After completing her studies, Natalia began performing extensively in Russia and Europe. She made her debut at the Great Hall of the Moscow Conservatory in 2009, where she performed Rachmaninoff's Piano Concerto No. 2 with the Moscow State Symphony Orchestra. The performance was well-received, and Natalia was praised for her technical prowess and musicality. In 2010, Natalia was invited to perform at the International Piano Festival in La Roque d'Antheron, France, where she performed a solo recital. Her performance was highly acclaimed, and she was invited back to the festival in 2011 and 2012. In 2013, Natalia made her debut in the United States, where she performed at the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C. She performed a solo recital, which included works by Chopin, Rachmaninoff, and Prokofiev. The performance was a huge success, and Natalia received a standing ovation from the audience. Natalia has also performed with several orchestras, including the Moscow State Symphony Orchestra, the St. Petersburg Philharmonic Orchestra, and the National Symphony Orchestra of Ukraine. In 2015, she performed Tchaikovsky's Piano Concerto No. 1 with the National Symphony Orchestra of Ukraine, which was conducted by Volodymyr Sirenko. The performance was recorded and released on CD, which received critical acclaim. In addition to her performances, Natalia is also a dedicated teacher. She has taught at the Moscow State Conservatory and the Gnessin Academy of Music, where she has mentored several young pianists. Natalia's talent and hard work have been recognized with numerous awards and honors. In 2011, she was awarded the Medal of the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland" by the President of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Medvedev. In 2014, she was awarded the title of Honored Artist of Russia, which is one of the highest honors that can be bestowed upon a Russian artist. Natalia continues to perform and inspire audiences around the world with her exceptional talent and musicality.
