The Salzburg Mozarteum Chamber Academy Orchestra is a classical music ensemble that was founded in 1956 in Salzburg, Austria. The orchestra was established by the Mozarteum Foundation, which was created in 1880 to promote the music of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and other classical composers. The Salzburg Mozarteum Chamber Academy Orchestra is made up of talented musicians from around the world, many of whom are students or alumni of the Mozarteum University of Salzburg.
