Role:ConductorMatthias Foremny is a renowned classical music artist who has made a name for himself as a conductor and pianist. Born on August 22, 1976, in Leipzig, Germany, Foremny showed an early interest in music and began playing the piano at the age of six. He went on to study at the Leipzig Conservatory and later at the University of Music and Theatre Leipzig, where he received his diploma in conducting. Foremny's career as a conductor began in 1999 when he was appointed as the assistant conductor of the Leipzig Opera. He quickly gained recognition for his talent and was soon invited to conduct orchestras across Europe, including the Berlin Symphony Orchestra, the Munich Philharmonic, and the Vienna Symphony Orchestra. One of the highlights of Foremny's career came in 2003 when he was appointed as the principal conductor of the MDR Symphony Orchestra in Leipzig. During his tenure, he led the orchestra in numerous performances and recordings, including a critically acclaimed recording of Beethoven's Ninth Symphony. In addition to his work as a conductor, Foremny is also an accomplished pianist. He has performed as a soloist with orchestras around the world, including the Leipzig Gewandhaus Orchestra, the Dresden Philharmonic, and the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra.
