The concert was a critical and commercial success, and it helped to raise the orchestra's profile on the international stage. The SNSO has also received numerous awards and accolades for its performances and recordings. In 2010, the orchestra won the International Classical Music Award for its recording of the complete symphonies of Antonín Dvořák. The orchestra has also been nominated for several Grammy Awards for its recordings of film and television soundtracks. In addition to its performances and recordings, the SNSO is also committed to promoting music education and outreach.
