Michael Landau is a renowned American guitarist, composer, and producer who has made significant contributions to the world of music. Born on June 1, 1958, in Los Angeles, California, Landau grew up in a family of musicians. His father, a jazz pianist, and his mother, a singer, exposed him to music at an early age. Landau started playing the guitar when he was just eleven years old and quickly developed a passion for the instrument. As a teenager, Landau began playing in local bands and honing his skills as a guitarist. He was heavily influenced by the music of Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, and Jeff Beck, and he spent countless hours practicing and studying their techniques.
