Katherine Watson is a British soprano who has made a name for herself in the world of classical music. Born in 1990 in Sussex, England, Watson grew up in a musical family and began singing at a young age. She attended the Royal Academy of Music in London, where she studied under the tutelage of Lillian Watson and Audrey Hyland. Watson's career began to take off in 2014 when she won the prestigious Kathleen Ferrier Award, which is given to young British singers who show exceptional promise.
