Born on December 28, 1981, in the Philippines, Eudenice grew up in a family that was passionate about music. Her father was a music teacher, and her mother was a singer, which exposed her to music at a young age. Eudenice started playing the piano at the age of four, and by the time she was six, she was already performing in public. Her talent was evident from a young age, and she quickly became a prodigy in the Philippines. She won numerous awards and competitions, including the National Music Competition for Young Artists (NAMCYA) in 1993 and 1995. In 1996, Eudenice moved to the United States to pursue her music education. She attended the Interlochen Arts Academy in Michigan, where she studied under the tutelage of Dr. Yoshikazu Nagai. She then went on to study at the Oberlin Conservatory of Music in Ohio, where she earned her Bachelor of Music degree in Piano Performance. After completing her undergraduate studies, Eudenice continued her education at the Juilliard School in New York City. She earned her Master of Music degree in Piano Performance under the guidance of Dr. Yoheved Kaplinsky. During her time at Juilliard, Eudenice was awarded the prestigious William Petschek Piano Scholarship, which is given to outstanding pianists. Eudenice's talent and hard work paid off, and she quickly gained recognition as a rising star in the classical music world. She has performed in numerous concerts and recitals in the United States, Europe, and Asia. Some of her notable performances include her debut at Carnegie Hall's Weill Recital Hall in 2006 and her performance at the Philippine Embassy in Washington, D.C. in 2010. Eudenice has also collaborated with various orchestras, including the Philippine Philharmonic Orchestra, the Manila Symphony Orchestra, and the New York Symphonic Ensemble. She has performed under the baton of renowned conductors such as Gerard Schwarz, Yoshikazu Fukumura, and Olivier Ochanine. In addition to her performances, Eudenice is also a dedicated music educator. She has taught at various institutions, including the Oberlin Conservatory of Music, the Juilliard School, and the Manhattan School of Music. She is currently a faculty member at the University of Santo Tomas Conservatory of Music in the Philippines. Eudenice's talent and dedication to music have earned her numerous awards and accolades. In 2003, she was awarded the Gawad CCP para sa Sining (National Artist Award) by the Cultural Center of the Philippines.
