She was born into a family of musicians, with her father being a renowned pianist and her mother a violinist. From a young age, Sorelli was exposed to classical music and began playing the piano at the age of four. Her parents recognized her talent and encouraged her to pursue a career in music. Sorelli began her formal music education at the age of six, studying under the tutelage of her father. She quickly showed promise and was soon performing in local concerts and competitions. At the age of ten, she won first prize in the prestigious International Piano Competition in Rome, Italy. This was a major milestone in her career and marked the beginning of her rise to fame. Over the next few years, Sorelli continued to hone her skills and gain recognition as a talented pianist. She performed in numerous concerts and competitions throughout Italy and Europe, winning several awards and accolades along the way. In 2001, she was awarded the prestigious Chopin Prize at the International Piano Competition in Warsaw, Poland. This was a significant achievement for Sorelli, as Chopin was one of her favorite composers and a major influence on her music. Sorelli's talent and dedication to her craft did not go unnoticed, and she was soon invited to perform with some of the world's most renowned orchestras. In 2003, she made her debut with the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra, performing Beethoven's Piano Concerto No. 5. The performance was a huge success, and Sorelli was praised for her technical skill and emotional depth. Over the next few years, Sorelli continued to perform with orchestras around the world, including the New York Philharmonic, the London Symphony Orchestra, and the Tokyo Symphony Orchestra. She also began to record her music, releasing several albums that showcased her virtuosity and versatility as a pianist. One of Sorelli's most memorable performances took place in 2008, when she performed Rachmaninoff's Piano Concerto No. 2 with the Moscow Philharmonic Orchestra. The performance was held in the historic Bolshoi Theatre and was attended by a packed audience of music lovers and critics. Sorelli's interpretation of the piece was widely praised, with many critics calling it one of the best performances of the concerto they had ever heard. In addition to her performances and recordings, Sorelli was also a dedicated music educator.
