Born on May 5, 1985, in Milan, Italy, Pasotti showed an early interest in music and began playing the piano at the age of six. His parents recognized his talent and enrolled him in music lessons, where he quickly excelled. Pasotti's passion for music continued to grow, and he began studying at the Conservatory of Milan at the age of 14. He studied under the guidance of renowned pianist and composer, Carlo Vidusso, and graduated with honors in 2004. Pasotti continued his studies at the Conservatory of Lugano, Switzerland, where he earned a diploma in piano performance in 2007. Throughout his studies, Pasotti participated in numerous competitions and won several awards. In 2002, he won first prize at the International Piano Competition "Città di Cantù," and in 2004, he won first prize at the International Piano Competition "Città di Treviso." These early successes helped to establish Pasotti as a rising star in the world of classical music. After completing his studies, Pasotti began performing extensively throughout Europe and Asia. He has performed in some of the world's most prestigious concert halls, including the Berlin Philharmonic, the Royal Albert Hall in London, and the Carnegie Hall in New York. His performances have been praised for their technical brilliance and emotional depth. One of Pasotti's most notable performances was his debut at the Salzburg Festival in 2010. He performed Beethoven's Piano Concerto No. 5, "Emperor," with the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra, under the direction of conductor Daniel Barenboim.
