Guido Rimonda was born on October 22, 1977, in Turin, Italy. He grew up in a family of musicians, with his father being a pianist and his mother a singer. From a young age, Rimonda showed a natural talent for music and began studying the piano at the age of six. As Rimonda grew older, he became increasingly interested in classical music and began studying under the renowned Italian pianist, Bruno Canino. Under Canino's tutelage, Rimonda honed his skills and developed a deep understanding of the nuances of classical music. In 1995, Rimonda won first prize in the prestigious "Premio Venezia" competition, which marked the beginning of his professional career as a classical pianist. In 2003, he was awarded the prestigious "Prix Italia" award for his recording of Beethoven's Piano Concerto No. 5. He has also been awarded the "Premio Abbiati" award, which is considered one of the highest honors in the world of classical music.
