Her parents were both musicians, and they encouraged her to pursue music from a young age. Betty showed a keen interest in music and started playing the piano at the age of five. She was a prodigious talent and quickly became proficient in playing the piano. Betty's parents recognized her talent and enrolled her in the Royal Conservatory of Brussels when she was just eight years old. She studied under the tutelage of renowned pianist and composer, Jean Absil. Betty's talent was evident from the beginning, and she quickly rose through the ranks. She won several awards and accolades during her time at the conservatory, including the prestigious Prix de Virtuosité. After completing her studies at the conservatory, Betty embarked on a successful career as a concert pianist. She performed extensively throughout Europe and the United States, captivating audiences with her virtuosity and musicality.
