He was the youngest of three children and grew up in a family that was passionate about music. His father was a pianist, and his mother was a singer, and they both encouraged Arthur to pursue his musical interests from a young age. Arthur began playing the piano when he was just four years old, and by the time he was six, he was already performing in public. He showed a natural talent for music, and his parents recognized his potential early on. They enrolled him in the Berlin Conservatory of Music, where he received formal training in piano and composition. Arthur's talent quickly became apparent, and he began winning awards and competitions at a young age. He won his first competition when he was just eight years old, and by the time he was a teenager, he had won several more.
