From a young age, Dornbusch showed a keen interest in music, and his parents encouraged him to pursue his passion. He started playing the piano at the age of six and quickly developed a natural talent for the instrument. Dornbusch's parents recognized his potential and enrolled him in the Berlin Conservatory of Music when he was just ten years old.
