Born on May 22, 1991, in Zurich, Switzerland, Hunziker showed an early interest in music and began playing the piano at the age of five. Her parents, both music lovers, recognized her talent and encouraged her to pursue her passion for music. Hunziker's musical education began at the Zurich Conservatory, where she studied under the guidance of renowned pianist and pedagogue Homero Francesch. She later continued her studies at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater in Munich, Germany, where she received her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in piano performance. In 2010, she won first prize at the Swiss Youth Music Competition, and in 2011, she was awarded the Kiefer Hablitzel Music Prize, one of the most prestigious awards for young musicians in Switzerland. These early successes paved the way for Hunziker's career as a professional pianist.
