One of the highlights of Women's Voices' performances was their collaboration with the Saint Louis Symphony Orchestra and the St. Louis Children's Choirs in 2017. The three ensembles came together to perform John Adams' "On the Transmigration of Souls," which was commissioned by the New York Philharmonic to commemorate the victims of the September 11th attacks. The performance was a moving tribute to those who lost their lives and received critical acclaim. Women's Voices of the Saint Louis Symphony Chorus has also received many awards and accolades over the years. In 2015, they were awarded the prestigious Margaret Hillis Award for Choral Excellence by Chorus America.
