Carlos Cardoso was born on May 12, 1985, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He grew up in a family of musicians, with his father being a classical guitarist and his mother a pianist. From a young age, Cardoso showed a natural talent for music and began playing the piano at the age of four. Cardoso's parents recognized his potential and enrolled him in the Brazilian Conservatory of Music when he was six years old.
