He later went on to study at the Juilliard School in New York, where he received a Master of Music degree in piano performance. Cooke's talent as a pianist was evident from an early age, and he quickly gained recognition for his exceptional skills. He won several prestigious awards, including the Young Concert Artists International Auditions in New York, the Leeds International Piano Competition, and the Van Cliburn International Piano Competition.
