Nora Mulder is a Dutch classical music artist who has made a name for herself as a pianist, harpsichordist, and improviser. Born in 1970 in Amsterdam, Mulder grew up in a family of musicians and was exposed to classical music from a young age. Her father was a composer and her mother was a singer, and they encouraged her to pursue music as a career. Mulder began playing the piano at the age of six and quickly showed a talent for the instrument. She studied at the Sweelinck Conservatory in Amsterdam and later at the Royal Conservatory in The Hague, where she specialized in contemporary music.
