Edward Arron is a renowned cellist and artistic director who has made a significant impact on the classical music scene. Born in 1973 in Cincinnati, Ohio, Arron began playing the cello at the age of seven. He was a prodigious talent, and by the time he was 10, he had already performed as a soloist with the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra. Arron continued to hone his skills as a cellist, studying with some of the most respected teachers in the field. He attended the Juilliard School, where he studied with Harvey Shapiro and Joel Krosnick. He also studied with Bernard Greenhouse, a founding member of the Beaux Arts Trio. He is currently the artistic director of the Festival Series in Beaufort, South Carolina, and the Metamorphosen Chamber Orchestra in New York City.
