Tabea Gerstgrasser is a classical music artist who has made a name for herself as a talented pianist and chamber musician. Born in 1992 in Austria, Gerstgrasser began playing the piano at a young age and quickly showed a natural talent for the instrument. She went on to study at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna, where she received her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in piano performance. Throughout her career, Gerstgrasser has been recognized for her exceptional talent and has received numerous awards and accolades. In 2014, she won first prize at the International Piano Competition in San Marino, and in 2015, she was awarded the prestigious Yamaha Music Foundation of Europe Scholarship. She has also been a finalist in several other international piano competitions, including the International Beethoven Piano Competition in Vienna and the International Piano Competition in Rome. Gerstgrasser has performed extensively throughout Europe and Asia, both as a soloist and as a chamber musician. Some of her most notable performances include a solo recital at the Vienna Konzerthaus in 2016, a performance of Beethoven's Piano Concerto No. 3 with the Vienna Chamber Orchestra in 2017, and a chamber music concert at the Salzburg Festival in 2018. In addition to her performances, Gerstgrasser is also a dedicated teacher and has taught piano at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna.
