Rahel Cunz was born on May 12, 1985, in Zurich, Switzerland. She grew up in a family of musicians, with her mother being a pianist and her father a cellist. From a young age, Cunz showed a keen interest in music and began playing the violin at the age of four. Cunz's talent was quickly recognized, and she began performing in public at the age of six.
