After completing his studies at Juilliard, Ketcham began performing professionally. He quickly gained a reputation as a talented and passionate pianist. He performed in concerts all over the world, including in Europe, Asia, and South America. Ketcham was particularly well-known for his interpretations of Beethoven's piano sonatas. Ketcham's performances were always highly acclaimed by both audiences and critics. He was praised for his technical skill, his emotional depth, and his ability to bring out the nuances of the music. Ketcham was also known for his stage presence, which was both commanding and charismatic. Throughout his career, Ketcham received numerous awards and honors.
