Ensemble J.M. Anciuti is a classical music ensemble that was founded in 2005 by a group of musicians who shared a passion for Baroque music. The ensemble takes its name from the Italian composer and violinist Giovanni Maria Anciuti, who was active in the early 18th century. The founding members of Ensemble J.M. Anciuti were all graduates of prestigious music schools in Europe and North America, and had performed with some of the world's leading orchestras and ensembles. The ensemble's main members are violinists Maria Antonia Garcia and David Kim, violist Anna Maria Rodriguez, cellist Carlos Hernandez, and harpsichordist Juan Carlos Martinez. All of these musicians are highly skilled and experienced performers, with a deep understanding of the nuances and complexities of Baroque music. Over the years, Ensemble J.M. Anciuti has performed at some of the world's most prestigious concert halls and festivals, including the Royal Albert Hall in London, the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, and the Salzburg Festival.
