Wigmore Soloists is a classical music ensemble that was founded in 2010 in London, England. The ensemble is made up of some of the most talented and accomplished musicians in the world, who have come together to create a unique and powerful sound that has captivated audiences around the globe. The founding members of Wigmore Soloists were all accomplished musicians in their own right, with extensive experience performing in some of the world's most prestigious orchestras and ensembles. They came together with the goal of creating a new kind of ensemble that would showcase their individual talents while also allowing them to collaborate and create something truly special. The main members of Wigmore Soloists include violinists Maxim Vengerov and Vadim Repin, cellist Mischa Maisky, pianist Martha Argerich, and violist Yuri Bashmet. One of the highlights of Wigmore Soloists' career was their performance at the 2012 BBC Proms, where they performed a program of works by Mozart, Beethoven, and Brahms.
