Milena Mollova is a Bulgarian classical pianist who has gained international recognition for her exceptional talent and musicality. Born on May 5, 1985, in Sofia, Bulgaria, Milena showed an early interest in music and began playing the piano at the age of five. Her parents, both music lovers, recognized her talent and encouraged her to pursue a career in music. Milena's early musical education was at the National School of Music "Lyubomir Pipkov" in Sofia, where she studied with renowned Bulgarian pianist and pedagogue, Prof. Stella Dimitrova. She continued her studies at the National Academy of Music "Pancho Vladigerov" in Sofia, where she earned her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Piano Performance under the guidance of Prof. Milena Mollova. During her studies, Milena participated in numerous national and international competitions, winning top prizes and awards. In 2004, she won the First Prize at the National Competition "Svetoslav Obretenov" in Provadia, Bulgaria. In 2006, she was awarded the Second Prize at the International Piano Competition "Citta di Marsala" in Italy. In 2007, she won the First Prize at the International Piano Competition "Citta di Barletta" in Italy. In 2008, she was awarded the Second Prize at the International Piano Competition "Citta di Sulmona" in Italy. Milena's talent and hard work paid off when she was awarded a full scholarship to study at the prestigious Royal Academy of Music in London, where she earned her Postgraduate Diploma in Piano Performance under the guidance of Prof. Christopher Elton. During her time at the Royal Academy of Music, Milena had the opportunity to perform in some of the most prestigious concert halls in London, including the Wigmore Hall, the Royal Festival Hall, and the Cadogan Hall. Milena's career as a concert pianist took off after she won the First Prize at the International Piano Competition "Citta di Piove di Sacco" in Italy in 2010. This victory opened doors for her to perform in some of the most prestigious concert halls in Europe, Asia, and the United States.
