Ensemble Phoenix Basel is a classical music ensemble based in Basel, Switzerland. The ensemble was founded in 1998 by Jürg Henneberger, a Swiss conductor and composer, and is known for its innovative and experimental approach to classical music. The ensemble's main members include Jürg Henneberger, who serves as the artistic director and conductor, and a group of highly skilled musicians who specialize in a variety of instruments, including strings, woodwinds, brass, and percussion.
