From a young age, Marilyn showed a keen interest in music, and her parents encouraged her to pursue her passion. She started taking piano lessons at the age of six and quickly developed a love for classical music. Marilyn's talent was evident from an early age, and she won several local music competitions. She continued to hone her skills and went on to study music at the Juilliard School in New York City. During her time at Juilliard, Marilyn studied under some of the most renowned music teachers in the world, including Vladimir Horowitz and Claudio Arrau. After completing her studies, Marilyn began her career as a concert pianist. She quickly gained a reputation for her exceptional talent and was invited to perform at some of the most prestigious concert halls in the world. Her performances were always well-received, and she soon became a sought-after artist. One of Marilyn's most significant performances was at the Carnegie Hall in New York City. She performed Beethoven's Piano Sonata No. 14, also known as the "Moonlight Sonata," to a packed audience. Her performance was met with a standing ovation, and she received rave reviews from critics.
