Role:PerformerCarmine Monaco was born on May 12, 1985, in Naples, Italy. He grew up in a family of musicians, with his father being a pianist and his mother a singer. From a young age, Carmine showed a natural talent for music and began playing the piano at the age of four. Carmine's parents recognized his talent and encouraged him to pursue a career in music. He began taking piano lessons with renowned pianist and composer, Roberto Cacciapaglia, at the age of six. Under Cacciapaglia's guidance, Carmine developed his skills and began performing in public at the age of eight. At the age of ten, Carmine won his first piano competition, the "Premio Città di Napoli," which was a local competition in his hometown. This win gave him the confidence to pursue a career in music and he began studying at the Conservatory of Naples. During his time at the conservatory, Carmine continued to win numerous competitions and awards. In 2003, he won the "Premio Nazionale delle Arti" competition, which was a national competition for young musicians. This win brought him national recognition and led to his first major performance at the Teatro San Carlo in Naples. In 2005, Carmine graduated from the conservatory with honors and began performing professionally. He quickly gained a reputation as a talented and versatile pianist, capable of playing a wide range of musical styles. One of Carmine's most notable performances was at the 2008 International Piano Festival in Moscow. He was invited to perform alongside some of the world's most renowned pianists, including Martha Argerich and Lang Lang. His performance was well-received by both the audience and critics, and he was praised for his technical skill and musicality. In 2010, Carmine was awarded the prestigious "Premio Internazionale di Musica" award, which is given to young musicians who show exceptional talent and promise.
