César Velev is a renowned classical music artist who has made a significant impact on the world of music. Born on May 15, 1985, in Sofia, Bulgaria, Velev showed an early interest in music and began playing the piano at the age of six. His parents recognized his talent and enrolled him in the National School of Music in Sofia, where he received formal training in piano and music theory. Velev's passion for music continued to grow, and he went on to study at the National Academy of Music in Sofia, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Piano Performance. He then pursued a Master's degree in Piano Performance at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna, Austria, where he studied under the guidance of renowned pianist and pedagogue Paul Badura-Skoda. Velev's talent and dedication to his craft soon caught the attention of the music world, and he began to receive invitations to perform at major music festivals and concert halls around the world. In 2008, he won first prize at the International Piano Competition in Rome, Italy, which marked a significant milestone in his career.
