Born on October 5, 1984, in Paris, France, Fuchs grew up in a family of musicians. Her father was a jazz musician, and her mother was a classical pianist. Fuchs began singing at a young age and showed a natural talent for music. Fuchs studied at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris, where she trained under the guidance of renowned vocal coach Malcolm Walker. She also studied with other notable teachers, including Mireille Alcantara and Christiane Eda-Pierre. During her time at the conservatory, Fuchs won several awards, including the First Prize in the International Mozart Competition in Salzburg in 2010. After completing her studies, Fuchs began her professional career as a soloist with the Opéra National de Paris. She made her debut in 2011 as Papagena in Mozart's "The Magic Flute."
