Frank's talent and dedication to music were evident from the start, and he quickly became one of Kämmerling's most promising students. In 1975, Frank graduated from the Berlin Conservatory with top honors and went on to pursue further studies at the Juilliard School in New York City. There, he studied under the tutelage of legendary pianist and teacher, Claudio Arrau, who had a profound impact on Frank's musical development. Frank's career as a concert pianist took off in the early 1980s, and he quickly gained a reputation as one of the most talented and versatile pianists of his generation.
