From a young age, Grabinger showed a keen interest in music and began playing the piano at the age of four. Grabinger's talent was quickly recognized, and he began receiving formal training at the Vienna Conservatory of Music at the age of six. He studied under some of the most renowned piano teachers in Austria, including Rudolf Buchbinder and Paul Badura-Skoda. At the age of 12, Grabinger made his debut performance at the Vienna Musikverein, one of the most prestigious concert halls in the world. He received critical acclaim for his performance, and it was clear that he was destined for greatness. Over the years, Grabinger continued to hone his skills and develop his unique style. He was known for his technical proficiency, his ability to convey emotion through his playing, and his deep understanding of the music he performed. In 2003, Grabinger won first prize at the International Piano Competition in Salzburg, Austria. This was a major milestone in his career, and it opened up many doors for him. He began receiving invitations to perform at some of the most prestigious concert halls in the world, including Carnegie Hall in New York City and the Royal Albert Hall in London. One of Grabinger's most memorable performances was at the 2006 Salzburg Festival, where he performed Beethoven's Piano Concerto No. 5 with the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra. The performance was hailed as a triumph, and Grabinger received a standing ovation from the audience. In addition to his solo performances, Grabinger was also a sought-after chamber musician.
