Dorian's early years were spent studying music at the Vienna Conservatory, where he received rigorous training in classical piano. He quickly distinguished himself as a prodigious talent, winning several awards and competitions. At the age of 12, he made his debut performance at the Vienna State Opera, playing Mozart's Piano Concerto No. 20 in D minor. As Dorian's reputation grew, he began to receive invitations to perform at major concert halls around the world.
