He was the youngest of three children born to a family of musicians. His father was a violinist, and his mother was a pianist. Archie began his musical training at the age of five, studying the violin with his father. He showed exceptional talent and quickly progressed through the ranks. By the age of ten, he had already performed in several concerts and had won several awards for his performances. At the age of thirteen, Archie was accepted into the prestigious Royal Academy of Music in London. He studied under some of the most renowned violinists of the time, including Yehudi Menuhin and Isaac Stern. During his time at the academy, Archie won several awards and competitions, including the prestigious Queen's Prize. After completing his studies at the Royal Academy of Music, Archie began his professional career as a soloist. He quickly gained a reputation as one of the most talented violinists of his generation.
