Alzbeta Plaskurova is a renowned classical music artist who has made a name for herself in the world of music. Born on 12th May 1985 in Bratislava, Slovakia, Alzbeta showed an early interest in music. Her parents, who were both music enthusiasts, encouraged her to pursue her passion for music. Alzbeta started playing the piano at the age of six and quickly showed a natural talent for the instrument. She began taking piano lessons from a local music teacher and soon progressed to more advanced pieces. Her parents recognized her talent and enrolled her in a music school where she received formal training in piano. At the age of 12, Alzbeta won her first piano competition, which was held in her hometown. This was a significant achievement for her, and it motivated her to work harder and pursue a career in music. She continued to participate in various competitions and won several awards, including the first prize in the International Piano Competition in Vienna in 2001. After completing her studies at the music school, Alzbeta enrolled in the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava, where she studied under the guidance of renowned pianist and professor, Ivan Gajan. During her time at the academy, Alzbeta honed her skills and developed her unique style of playing the piano. In 2007, Alzbeta graduated from the academy with a degree in piano performance. She then went on to pursue a master's degree in music at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna, Austria. During her time in Vienna, Alzbeta had the opportunity to work with some of the most renowned pianists in the world, including Paul Badura-Skoda and Rudolf Buchbinder. Alzbeta's talent and hard work paid off when she won the prestigious International Beethoven Piano Competition in Vienna in 2010. This was a significant achievement for her, and it brought her international recognition as a pianist. The competition was held in honor of Ludwig van Beethoven, and Alzbeta's performance of his Piano Sonata No. 23 in F minor, Op. 57, also known as the "Appassionata," was highly praised by the judges. Since then, Alzbeta has performed in some of the most prestigious concert halls in the world, including the Musikverein in Vienna, the Carnegie Hall in New York, and the Royal Albert Hall in London. She has also collaborated with some of the most renowned orchestras, including the Vienna Philharmonic, the Berlin Philharmonic, and the London Symphony Orchestra. Alzbeta's repertoire includes works by some of the most celebrated composers in history, including Beethoven, Mozart, Chopin, and Liszt.
