Grace E. Oh is a renowned classical music artist who has made a significant impact in the world of music. Born on May 12, 1985, in Seoul, South Korea, Grace showed an early interest in music and began playing the piano at the age of four. Her parents recognized her talent and encouraged her to pursue music as a career. Grace's family moved to the United States when she was ten years old, and she continued her music education at the Juilliard School in New York City. She studied under the tutelage of renowned pianist Yoheved Kaplinsky and graduated with a Bachelor of Music degree in 2007. After completing her studies at Juilliard, Grace continued her education at the Yale School of Music, where she earned a Master of Music degree in 2009. She also received a Doctor of Musical Arts degree from the University of Michigan in 2014. Throughout her career, Grace has received numerous awards and accolades for her exceptional talent and dedication to music. In 2005, she won the Juilliard Concerto Competition and performed with the Juilliard Orchestra at Lincoln Center's Alice Tully Hall. She also won the Yale School of Music's Woolsey Hall Concerto Competition in 2008 and performed with the Yale Philharmonia. She performed Beethoven's Piano Concerto No. 4 under the baton of conductor Alan Gilbert, receiving critical acclaim for her "poise, precision, and musicality."
