Corrado Rojac was born on May 12, 1985, in Trieste, Italy. He grew up in a family of musicians, with his father being a pianist and his mother a singer. From a young age, Rojac showed a natural talent for music and began studying the piano at the age of six. As a child, Rojac was exposed to a wide range of musical genres, but he was particularly drawn to classical music. He spent countless hours practicing and studying the works of great composers such as Bach, Mozart, and Beethoven. Rojac's dedication and hard work paid off when he won his first piano competition at the age of 12. This early success fueled his passion for music and inspired him to pursue a career as a classical pianist. In 2003, Rojac was accepted into the prestigious Conservatorio di Musica Giuseppe Tartini in Trieste, where he studied under the guidance of renowned pianist and teacher, Franco Scala. During his time at the conservatory, Rojac honed his skills and developed a deep understanding of the nuances of classical music. After graduating from the conservatory with honors, Rojac went on to win several international piano competitions, including the 2008 International Piano Competition "Città di Cantù" and the 2010 International Piano Competition "Premio Città di Padova." Rojac's talent and hard work also earned him the opportunity to perform at some of the world's most prestigious concert halls, including Carnegie Hall in New York City, the Royal Albert Hall in London, and the Berlin Philharmonic. One of Rojac's most memorable performances was his solo recital at the 2012 International Piano Festival in Warsaw, Poland. His performance of Chopin's "Ballade No. 1 in G Minor" received a standing ovation from the audience and was praised by critics for its technical precision and emotional depth. In addition to his solo performances, Rojac has also collaborated with some of the world's leading orchestras, including the London Symphony Orchestra, the Berlin Philharmonic, and the New York Philharmonic. His performances with these orchestras have been hailed as "spellbinding" and "mesmerizing." Rojac's talent and dedication to classical music have earned him numerous awards and accolades throughout his career. In 2014, he was awarded the prestigious "Premio Abbiati" by the Italian National Association of Music Critics for his outstanding contributions to the world of classical music.
