Maria's musical journey began at the National Conservatory of Athens, where she studied piano under the guidance of renowned pianist and professor, Dimitris Toufexis. She completed her studies at the conservatory with distinction and went on to pursue further studies in music at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna, Austria. During her time in Vienna, Maria studied under the tutelage of renowned pianists such as Paul Badura-Skoda, Stefan Vladar, and Oleg Maisenberg.
